The cleaning service did a good job.
This hotel was a massive disappointment. First off, the bathroom was poorly lit and downright depressing. The breakfast options were just abysmal, and my entire stay seemed like a bad investment for the €157 I paid. What were they thinking?

The comfort double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fine in good condition. The staff were friendly, excellent and ideal location in a bowling alley.

Everything was amazing, so were pleasant views to green nature. The hotel was next to the fields hereabouts as well as the town centre thanks to its peaceful location. It also was down the main boulevard😀

It was just a well-suited match for a lightning trip in Den Helder with excellent value. The breakfast was alright, enough to start the day. Bring good walking shoes as getting around can be a trek.

Would be happy to recommend for everyone. If you happen to pass by Fort Dirks Admiraal, consider staying here, it's 10 minutes walk from here. Even the Schiphol airport was not so far. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose den helder: D

Loved the spacious Comfort Double Room with a balcony for evening relaxation. The room had all essentials like a hairdryer, fridge, and a safety deposit box. It was nice to have a seating area and cable channels. The spa facilities were a great bonus. Very comfortable stay overall!

The friendliness of the staff, I was made to feel very welcome indeed. My husband had already been staying there for the past 5 weeks and they were all like old frineds. Very impressed.

Nice place overall. Good location. We had a nice evening playing bowling. The bed was quite comfortable. Clean and neat, although the room was a bit humid. Nice and helpful staff.
The breakfast was too bad.

The restaurant food was excellent and staff were friendly
The rooms were very poor, in a bad state of repair and decorations, single beds were uncomfortable. Not good value for money

The eclectic decor around the atrium adds a unique charm. The Central Bowling Alley is a nice feature and a fun way to unwind after a long day.
The layout can be confusing, requiring passage through the bowling alley just to access the rooms, which makes it feel cluttered and chaotic, not to mention that the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms leaves much to be desired. Noise from events can be disruptive at night, and the breakfast offerings fall short of expectations, offering limited choices that don't quite justify their price.

Very relaxivery relaxing atmosphere in whole building. Also had a great night of the disco bowling, quite fun. Room is cozy and clean, breakfast buffet is nice. Location is not so far from train staion, easy to find. Good place to spend the weekend, easy to access Texel as well. ng auto
